In order to improve the basic business skills of salespersons, to obtain customer recognition with confident and professional image, and to improve the brand image of the company, the Overseas Marketing & Sales Centre, HRBP and business departments officially launched the special training work of “Competence of Salespersons” in August, aiming at further improving the basic ability and practical skills of salespersons.
When facing foreign customers, it is indispensable to introduce the company. Therefore, “Group Full English Introduction” became the theme of this training. The introduction of the company can make the employees have a sense of “identification” with the company and a “sense of mission” as a member of the company. At the same time, the atmosphere of the company creates a sense of pride in one’s work and a sense of belonging to the company.
This activity invited Jane Zhang, Director of Overseas Sales Dept., Zhang Lin, Director of Overseas Marketing Department, Swatt Leung, Manager of Overseas KA Department, and Clark Xie, Account Manager of Overseas Sales Dept., to be the “Pass Masters”.
On 10th August, the four masters shared and explained the demonstration from the aspects of enterprise development, enterprise advantages, product advantages, cooperation advantages and so on.
According to the work position and years of experience, all salesmen were divided into 6 groups to carry out intra-group PK. Since mid-August, a full-scale simulation of presenting the company to customers has been held every day from 18:00 to 20:00. Pass masters commented and rated the passers, pointed out the problems of the salesmen, and put forward constructive suggestions for improving the basic skills of the salesmen, so as to promote learning and practice through competition.
Learning is never-ending, and travelling is far-reaching. After half a month of fierce competition, all the salespersons finally produced 6 high scores “passers”: Elyna, Sammie, Brittany, Emily, Alfred, Kevin.
We are convinced that the formation of a sense of identity, a sense of mission, a sense of pride and a sense of belonging will make all the staff of the Overseas Marketing Centre subconsciously develop a strong desire for the collective. The formation of “mission”, “pride” and “sense of belonging” will subconsciously make all the staff of the Overseas Marketing Centre form a strong centripetal force towards the collective. At the same time, it will further bring individual skills into full play, so that all the staff can anchor on the target, grab orders, grasp projects, and work hard to reach the performance target with strong fighting spirit!
