At the beginning of 2023, the OMSC’s organizational structure was adjusted to integrate the foreign trade teams of different divisions, and with the addition of a number of new colleagues in the first half of the year, the team’s size continued to grow.
At this stage of start-up and urgent need for rapid integration, in order to unite people’s hearts, boost morale, create a positive overseas marketing team, and build a strong team, the OMSC carried out a two-day and one-night outdoor team quality development training activity on August 4-5.
01 Grouping of Teams
Under the command of the coach, the team members changed their uniforms within the specified time and quickly divided into 4 groups.
02 Collaborate on Building A Tower
The first challenge faced by the team members was to “build a tower together”, a game that required all team members to work together and listen to the command, through which the leadership, co-operation and communication skills of the team members were honed.
03 “Crazy” Market & “Big Soldier and Small General”
Through these game, we also gained a lot: in the market should break down barriers, healthy competition, to achieve win-win situation!
04 Victory Wall
In order to complete the task of climbing over a 4.2 metre wall, the boys contributed their shoulders, thighs and arms, sacrificing themselves for the greater good, acting as a “base” and “hook” to ensure that the challenge passed smoothly.
This also symbolises the challenges and difficulties we face in work and life. The team was united and worked together to overcome the wall, symbolising the success of overcoming difficulties and achieving victory.
05 Frisbee & Curling PK Competition
Through the individual points race and team PK race, it cultivated the ability of teamwork and communication and enhanced the cohesion between the teams, and the complex and varied gameplay also made everyone aware of the importance of strategic planning.
06 Conclusion
The successful landing of the quality development training is not only the recognition and reinforcement of the Group’s values, but also the effective shaping of the team culture of the OMSC.
Through this activity, the OMSC further strengthened the team cohesion and enhanced the staff’s motivation and sense of belonging. This will help the team work more closely together in the expansion of overseas markets and create better performance based on mutual reliance and trust!
